In accordance with the Akeley Township Zoning Ordinance, I hereby notify you of a planned public hearing before the Akeley Township Board on January 28, 2026, at 7pm, to be held at Akeley Township Hall located at 15 Broadway St. W, regarding application for Conditional Use Permit for Lee Mergen, Kris Schiffler & Ryan Spanier.
